

Boxing is one of the most demanding workouts available today AND also one of the most rewarding.
It is a challenging workout and can improve your overall fitness. It is a high intensity workout that will make you physically stronger as well as aerobically and anaerobically fitter. Our classes can be enjoyed by beginners up to advanced boxers as drills can be modified to suit the participant.
Our Boxing Sessions start with a moderate warm up introducing the basic punches that will be used during the session. Pad work with a partner takes up a large component of the session, followed by core exercises and a cool down.
You do not need to ‘bring’ a partner for this class. We can match you with someone who is similar in build and strength.
Glove Liners must be worn at all times inside our Boxing gloves. These can be purchased directly from us at our Studio for $5 or you can purchase from most sporting outlets.
Inner liners are compulsory and if you forget them you will be required to purchase another pair.
